Terms and conditions
The agreement between LineControlHub and subscribing companies.
1. Subscription
Access is provided per company for the plan, billing cycle and branch allowance chosen at registration.
2. Payment & activation
Fees are payable in USD in advance, offline. Accounts are activated only after we verify payment. Unverified payments may be rejected with a reason.
3. Suspension
We may suspend an account for non-payment, misuse or at the end of a paid period. Data is retained for 90 days after suspension.
4. Your data
You own the data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of records and for your users' access.
5. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no attempts to access other companies' data, no reverse engineering.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is; our liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.
